**Position Overview**

Based at BanoPutaos in Saudi Arabia, in order to further strengthen our KSA team we are currently seeking a:
**Sales Representative**

(_Kingdom of Saudi Arabia_)

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the definition and implementation of the strategy for the large account. Will manage all sales activities related to the large account channels in order develop sales. play a pivotal role in accelerating the company's growth and achieve the budget turnover through establishing and executing sales programs, which directly contribute to customer satisfaction.

**Key Tasks**
- **Market Intelligence**
- Be up to date with the latest developments in large account.
- Develop solid understanding of the current situation and trends in large account for the defimed Key Accounts and Key Development Accounts.
- **Strategic Planning**
- Develop and implement yearly sales plans formalized for the long term in the form of a Long Range Plan and for the short term in the form of yearly budgets to achieve the objectives set by the management.
- Assist the GM in the development of the yearly budget for industrial business.
- **Business Management**:

- Monitor account sales and profitability results versus budget and make sure corrective actions are defined and implemented in case of deviations versus objectives.
- Manage all PBE/OPEX costs related to the industrial business in line with budgeted targets
- Responsible and accountable for managing and controlling all account related budgets/rebates/conditions etc that have an impact on customer profitability.
- Develop projects with current and potential customers.
- Responsible to set up and manage product pricing to customers, including the approval for prices and price adaptations - together with the concerned departments eg Finance, Marketing, R&D, and GM.
- Organize with the necessary departments in order to ensure an aligned execution of the planned commercial activities for the large accounts.
- **Customer Relationship Management:
**- Build multi level relationships with key persons in large account organisations; General Management, Category Director, Buyer, Merchandising department, Store operations,.
- Assure regular contact to develop current and new business.
- Set up regular business reviews with the Key Accounts and Key development Accounts
- **Tools & Techniques**:

- Implement the necessary tools and techniques in order to work efficiently and professionally. Examples; Sales Process, Project Management, CRM, and Account Profitability measurements,
- Develop the Category Management approach - in close collaboration with (Trade) Marketing and Key Account Management teams. Make sure structure is in place, training is given. Monitor progress and results and be present at progress discussions with customers.
- Keep an open eye for new tools and techniques and implement in order to continuously improve our performance

**Job Profile**
- Bachelor degree in food science management or equivalent.
- 8 - 11 years of experience, mainly in the food industry out of which 3 years in a managerial position.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plan, set out sales goals and objectives, and define tactics focused on both new and existing customers.
- Strong ability to conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis.
- Strong implementation planning skills that turn sales plans into reality.
- Strong ability to accurately identify risks that affect supply, delivery, and customer demand.
