**What We Need**:
Oivan is looking for a Key Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience in maintaining and expanding our B2B relationships in the Middle East region. If you are interested in working in an international environment in a creative and awesome team, then Oivan is the right place for you
Our goal is to have this person work closely with our Head of Accounts and grow the Oivan’s yearly revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided.
At Oivan we create and operate human-centric digital services for our clients worldwide. With offices in Helsinki (Finland), Khon Kaen (Thailand), Bangkok (Thailand), Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh (KSA) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), our international team executes a diverse array of projects. For this role, you will be based in Riyadh (KSA) and join our workforce of 200+ employees.
Oivan’s official language is English and fluency is necessary for success on the job. It would be a plus if you speak Arabic, this is a preferable trait to communicate and build strong rapport locally with our clients. A strong dedication to teamwork and excellent cross-cultural communication skills are a must.

**What You'll Do**:
We offer you the unique opportunity to work and improve your skills with a diverse and geographically distributed team of technology and business experts around the world. You will identify new business opportunities for key clients, attend all relevant meetings, conventions and workshops. You should have the ability to develop relationship with potential clients:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships based on our core values particularly addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints that generate high income for Oivan.
- Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams such as project managers, sales team, finance and engineering.
- Compile detailed reports on account status, progress, goals, sales forecasting and other stakeholders.
- Participate in development of account management function including presenting your work to peers and executive team.
- Build a handover plan to transfer from sales account to the key account managers
**What You've Got**:
For this role, you are going to be working with our Head of Accounts. As a Key Account Manager, we prefer that you have the following:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Sales or related field
- Relevant experience in building and maintaining B2B relationships for SaaS or (digital) software at a company level, converting potential customers to long-life customers. We value work ethic and quality over “years of experience”.
- Proven track record in managing several clients and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Experience representing work to sales team and leadership team, clearly articulating the goals and concepts. Also, you are comfortable with a degree of ambiguity, fast-changing environment and can demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office Tools and CRM software (Pipedrive, etc.)
- Excellent communication to provide great customer interaction
For this role, we expect you to based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate in the near future.
