**Job Context**:working as a CEO Executive Assistant entails providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing administrative paperwork, coordinating the CEO's schedule, and occasionally handling private matters.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Manage all administrative paperwork and ensure timely processing using relevant tools and systems.
- Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize necessary documents, presentations, and reports for meetings attended by the CEO.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and other special functions.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in** **Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing high-level executive support or similar administrative roles.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, calendar management tools).
- Flexibility to handle occasional private matters of an administrative nature.
