**Job Description & Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

**Additional Requirements**:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the trading industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with uniforms production nad manufacturing.
