Trading Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the trading industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with construction related products
