**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful execution of business transformation initiatives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of change projects.
- Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles to change, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to create a shared understanding of the change goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and business leaders in implementing change initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure desired outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to build change management capabilities within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in change management, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing change projects in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly desirable.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
