We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join us at our new office headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Director of Marketing (DMC) role is an exciting career opportunity in a fast-growing hospital management firm. This is a leadership position that manages the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, with an immediate focus on increasing awareness, refining market positioning, and generating demand to support company growth and profitability objectives.

We’re seeking someone creative with strong communication and analytical skills who can channel our voice to create consistent brand and marketing strategies and effectively execute these internally and externally. Can translate complicated concepts into simple messages, understands what creates value for different parties, and can develop impactful marketing campaigns for our target audiences. Should have a proven track record of creating and managing effective marketing campaigns for consumer and customer audiences.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes, but not limited to)**:

- Building the AMI Healthcare brand and driving awareness in key market segments to create demand.
- Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional stakeholders when creating new marketing materials.
- Develop and execute marketing and brand communication plans (including strategies, tactics, timing & budget) for local country operations and to accelerate growth.
- Develop and execute company events strategy by identifying impactful attendance opportunities, speaking engagements, awards submissions, and organizing topical webinars.
- Develop tools and content to support the sales process and enabling commercial teams to learn and clearly communicate value propositions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branding policies and guidelines for the company in line with the relevant requirements.
- Oversee and execute initiatives for the branding strategy, while ensuring consistency in branding across all company and customer touch points worldwide.
- Build a customer focused culture by analyzing customer needs and providing recommendations to deliver best in class customer experiences.
- Develop and execute patient engagement strategies to improve program engagement, outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the identification and development of customer service management best practice
- Build and manage rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our hospital and healthcare projects (including blog posts, whitepapers, symposium, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Oversee creative agency partnerships, vendors and freelancers and manage agency priorities and approve expenditures within budget guidelines.
- Gain insights from market research to refine messaging and positioning versus the competition, providing a stronger value proposition to target customers.
- Analyze clinical and market data to assess future messaging opportunities.
- Oversee execution of the plans, evaluates their success and report results.
- Develop and efficiently manage the marketing budget including tracking and assessing ROI to determine effectiveness and to drive future marketing programs.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Must have 5+ years of experience and proven success in marketing leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
- High-growth startup company experience is preferred.
- Experience in working effectively with sales, client services, operations, and product management.
- Experience working with marketing / PR agencies, vendors, or contractors.
- Experience in successfully engaging B2B decision makers in healthcare.
- Proven track record of creating and managing effective marketing campaigns for consumer and customer audiences.
