**About the Role**:
As the Director of Marketing - Demand Generation, you will be responsible for driving our B2B marketing growth strategies, building partnerships, and generating bulk leads through innovative, campaign-driven initiatives. This role involves having a proven track record in large-scale demand generation within the SaaS industry and possessing exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills. You will be developing, managing, and executing initiatives and campaigns across various channels.

**About the Team**:
Our Marketing team is the powerhouse behind our SaaS-based retail inventory management and POS solution, driving brand recognition and customer engagement. With three key functions - Market (brand, demand, and product marketing), Operations (marketing tech, project management, and analytics), and Production (content, creative, channel management), - our team works in unison to deliver impactful tactics and campaigns. As the Marketing Director - Demand Generation, you'll lead the charge in the demand generation vertical, collaborating with our talented teams and reporting to the VP of Marketing. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Demand Marketing Strategy**:Develop and execute demand marketing and lead-generation strategies targeting potential B2B customers at scale to support our growth and business goals.
- ** Product Marketing and Sales Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the Product Marketing and sales teams to understand target personas, messaging, and objectives, driving lead generation and nurturing activities.
- ** Marketing Automation and Lead Management**:Utilize marketing automation tools to segment, score, and nurture leads to drive conversion and increase sales efficiency.
- ** Campaign Analysis and Optimization**: Analyze campaign results, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve demand generation processes.
- ** Product and Content Alignment**: Work closely with product and content teams to ensure alignment with company goals and messaging.
- ** Industry and Partner Relations**: Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and other organizations to expand reach and drive demand.
- ** Team Management**: Manage and expand the Demand Marketing team, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in marketing, including at least 5 years in senior demand generation roles.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing and a strong understanding of large-scale demand generation and partnership development.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing diverse and dynamic teams. Excellent mentoring and team-building skills.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a keen analytical mindset suitable for complex system analyses.
- ** Communication Skills**: Outstanding communication skills in English & Arabic, adept at discussing complex information clearly and persuasively with various stakeholders.
- ** Project Management**: Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency with growth and lead generation in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region.
