Office Cleaner

This role involves performing various tasks and maintaining cleanliness standards to create a comfortable and productive workspace for employees.

**Essential skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in office cleaning or related janitorial services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the proper use and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitise and disinfect surfaces, including desks, countertops, and common areas.
- Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Segregate recyclable materials and participate in recycling programs.
- Arrange furniture and office equipment as needed.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are organized and set up for meetings or events.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Operations Coordinator.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to address any concerns or requests.
- Adhere to health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to housekeeping.
- Efficiently manage time to complete tasks within designated work hours.
- Prioritise cleaning tasks based on urgency and importance.
