Sales Manager

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet with potential clients, including project managers, site supervisors, and decision-makers in construction companies, to present and sell our time-lapse camera services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, following up regularly to close sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations, both on-site and virtually, showcasing the benefits of our monitoring solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring clear terms and pricing agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, including performance metrics and sales forecasts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, ideally within the construction or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the construction industry in KSA.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English is a must.
- Valid KSA driving license is required (as regular client visits will be necessary).
