Manages and oversees the Recruitment Section's daily operational functions, ensuring effective and efficient operation of the section.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provides recruitmentrelated input to Head, Human Resources for Human Capital (HC) strategy andleads operational analysis.
- Executes and implementsRecruitment strategies, goals, and objectives that support the Hospital’sobjectives through recruitment/ Recruitment of qualified workforce asinstructed by higher management.
- Identifies and communicateswith various departments to discuss their manpower needs and select bestpractices for sourcing and advertising hard to fill positions.
- Audits and ensures that jobreconciliations, Recruitment offers, and contracts are within the establishedpolicies and procedures of the Hospital.
- Responsible for theeffectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process against appropriate HCmetrics.
- Works closely with HCBusiness Partners in order to understand the recruitment needs of business andcreates a partnership that ensures a seamless hiring process.
- Maintains a high levelof self-upgrade on current Government labor law and other laws related toemployment of both national and international employees. Ensures compliancewith the Joint Commission International (JCI) and other accreditationstandards.
- Follows all Hospital’srelated Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in self andothers' education, training and development, as applicable.
- Performs other relatedduties as assigned.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degreein Human Resources Management,or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
**Grade 11**:
Five (5) years ofrelated experience with Master’s, or seven (7) years with Bachelor’s Degree,including two (2) years in a senior/ supervisory capacity position is required.

**Grade 12**:
Seven (7) years of related experience withMaster’s, or nine (9) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years of(Grade 11) experience is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
