You will be part of the NI MEA Sales ME Group. NI MEA Sales Organization is aspiring for the 1 billion growth. The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. **Responsibilities**:
What you will learn and contribute to:

- Lead and manage sales growth for the Network Infrastructure Business Group in Saudi Arabia covering all operators with the exception of STC.
- Develop and build business on NI portfolio in all operator accounts except STC in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, Develop and articulate the overall sales strategy.
- Ensures compliance with Nokia risk management, SOX/policies, procedures, and reporting for the account.

**Required Skills**:
Your skills and experience:

- At least 10+ years relevant experience
- Telecoms or IT background is a must
- Strong leadership profile with presence and credibility in the market
- Systematic thinker and a winning mindset
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Understanding of Nokia's NI portfolio and overall telecommunications market, trends, and related regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Saudi market and business and growth opportunities for the NI Business Group.
- Ability to build strong relationships with influential stakeholders in the market
