**Our Exciting Opportunity**

We are now looking to hire Head of Sales who will act as a prime interface towards KSA to secure strategy execution and business growth. Secure financial performance by setting BD targets and KPI’s towards KSA, following up on financial & operational performance and initiating actions as needed.

You will drive business, relationship, and capabilities by being responsible for the Ericsson organization on new Sales, planning organizational capability and establishment, bid engagement, service & technical sales activities, establishing and growing relationships with key enterprises and institutions (for example new Regulator, Tower companies, ASPs, technology partners, Government ministries).

**What you will do**:

- Influence Customers vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in crafting customer visions, strategies & requirements
- Set targets and KPIs and follow-up on financial and operational performance
- Generate profitability sales
- Develop and drive BD sales activities towards KSA
- Support knowledge and learning transfer
- Initiate and participate in customer visits and events
- Identify business opportunities, identify customer business needs through consultative engagements
- Support to drive opportunities to deals, conduct in-depth business focused discussions with customer
- Drive Knowledge Transfer, perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build up

**You will bring**:

- Total exp should be more than 10 years and minimum 5 years’ experience of Leadership with business & technical engagements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required, and Master is preferred
- Experience across the full Ericsson portfolio (Networks, Digital Services, Managed Services)
- Demonstrated initiative & drive in sophisticated situations.
- Financial awareness including set up of financing solutions, co-operation with banks, credit agencies and customers.
- Organisational Change and Transformation skills
- Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility
- Selling and presentation skills
