**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to diverse market segments and customer demographics to achieve company-wide sales targets and objectives. Continuously refine strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer preferences.
- Align sales goals with overarching business objectives and operational plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure synergy and coherence across departments, thereby driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales department with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to sales teams to enhance their skills, motivation, and overall performance.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Utilize market intelligence to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and develop proactive strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making processes, including pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales channel optimization. Implement advanced analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights from sales data.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual value creation. Proactively address customer needs and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Implement robust performance management systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales teams against key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and revenue metrics. Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales personnel to drive continuous improvement and achievement of sales objectives.
- Implement proactive measures to address performance gaps and optimize sales processes, including sales training programs, performance incentives, and process automation initiatives. Continuously assess and refine sales methodologies and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the sales budget in alignment with overall financial objectives, ensuring prudent allocation of resources and diligent expense management. Monitor sales performance against budgetary targets and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain profitability and achieve financial goals.

**Requirements**:
For this role, it is essential that have
- At least 8 years of experience Sales within SaaS & logistics industries
- BSc degree in a relevant field, master’s degree is preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with fleet management software

It will be considered a big plus if you:

- International experience
- Previous work in fast-growing SaaS start-ups
