Human Resources Coordinator

1 Organizes a calendar of staff social and sport activities throughout the year to assist in maintaining high staff morale and to maintain record of staff social expenses. Activities should encompass a wide variety so as to appeal to as many interests as possible.
2 Been present to coordinate all social/sport activities as they happen and ensure they are organized in a professional manner.
3 Set ups and ensure that a full staff accommodation and Personnel induction is carried out for all new staff within two weeks of arrival and ensure all elements of their arrival is organized professionally.
4 Been responsible for all aspects of the staff accommodations and to make regular inspections of staff changing rooms, toilets, staff accommodation and facilities and to take steps to ensure that these areas are maintained to a high standard. Carry out daily inspection and reporting to Eng.where required with maintenance requests.
5 Assists with Personnel Manager in organization and planning of Employee housing distribution for all employees.
6 Allocates and plan all staff accommodation to ensure all staff receive their entitlements on a consistent basis as far as is possible.
7 In conjunctions with the security department to issue and controls:
- Staff Lockers - Name badges - Staff identity cards
9 Maintains staff notice boards in a clean, tidy and interests fashion ensuring that relevant information is displayed and consistently updated.
10 Coordinates with advertising & promotions department the production of the quarterly staff magazine.
11 Organizes honours day as and when required.
12 Maintains open close communication with all staff and ensure relevant issue are communicated to HOD/General Manager. Carry out staff counseling when requested or when perceived to be necessary to the required standard.
13 Sees administrative/staff welfare duties are carried out along with hotel nurse such as being aware of and calling on sick members of staff.
14 Assists in the staff accommodation / staff welfare part of the annual Personnel budget and to ensure that staff accommodation and welfare activity projects undertaken are cost and are within the agreed budget.
15 Chairs and organizes committee for annual staff party.
- At all times to be aware of the need for effective staff welfare measures and to demonstrate a caring approach to all staff.
- Acts as a full member of the management team at tall times and to carry out management duties delegates to you by the Personnel Manager.
