**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Expertise**:Utilize your two years of experience in the KSA market to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to drive product adoption and loyalty.
**Training and Education**: Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals, providing in-depth knowledge and ensuring proper utilization of our medical devices.
**Sales and Revenue Generation**: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company in the KSA market.
**Market Research**: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market trends and customer feedback.
**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all interactions and activities.
- Perform consultative method of sales with prospecting clients in either identifying or even creating the need for Promed products and continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Schedule appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote PMS’s product, and to determine other opportunities.
- Submit reports for sales and marketing on a weekly basis and timely manner.
- Assist in following up the accounts receivables for sales accounts responsible for.
- Maintain excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, key customer’s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations.
- Effective use of company’s sales aids and marketing data to secure deals.
- Possess market awareness, competitor’s activities/events and competitor’s pricing changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Business).
- Minimum of two years of experience in medical device sales in the KSA market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
