**About The Role**:
Experienced professional Corporate Sales Specialist. Participates in various Sales activities and customer relations management. Responsible for representing the company's interests, and building business relations to enhance sales performance.

Under specific direction of Sales Management, responsible for the sales of **Shi’ar Marketing**. Products (**Nano Protection Layers**) & Services to key decision makers, focusing within end users and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, restaurants, cafes, Approved Applicators), whilst building and maintaining long-term customer relations and using company defined sales processes & tools.

**Requirements**:

- As a minimum you must have: 2 years of active experience in a front-line sales position.
- Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns. Understands the customer’s business and speak their language, English and Arabic.
- Ability to demonstrate good technical and market expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
- Good initiative and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally.
- Valid driving license.
- Operative Vehicle.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

- Promoting **Shi’ar Marketing** value proposition to customers by understanding and linking the customer’s operational and business objectives, needs and requirements to **Shi’ar Marketing** solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitive advantage.
- Building and managing long-term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
- Building knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate **Shi’arMarketing** from them.
- Keeping manager informed of changes in the marketplace and progress on customer status. Calls for assistance from manager to keep the sales process moving.
- Under specific direction, negotiating terms & conditions that optimize Accounts Receivable (A/R) and ensures that **Shi’ar Marketing** financial standards are fully adhered to.
