**Role Responsibilities**:

- Collecting market data about competition performance in retail channel.
- Monitor & report competitors’ movements in the market (market inelegance).
- Discuss sales contracts to reach agreement with customers.
- Accounts management for retail business.
- Generating inquiries through market visits to retailers.
- Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest products, prices, catalogues and commercial information from Carrier wherever applicable.
- Forecasts sales and booking for the month.
- Follows up the quotation status with the customers.
- Prepare monthly demand FCST for retail channel.
- Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, Bookings, and collection.
- Follow up the delivery process with logistics
- Ensure proper invoicing is being issued accurately and on time for efficient collection.
- Follow up the payment & collection terms in coordination with finance department.

**Role Purpose**:

- The main role of Expert SR. Sales Specialist. is to ensure meeting financial targets for retain Channel within the framework of Carrier Way, code of Ethics, EH&S & Quality Management System.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business or Management Science.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in the **retail business (Modern Channel)**.
- Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C products
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Team player, excellent negotiations and Computer skills
- **Competencies**:

- Proficiency in English
- Communication skills
- Customer focus orientated
- Analytical skills
