**Job Requirements**:
**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Oversees all aspects of the service center and related operations
- Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the department
- Responsible for establishing service center sales and productivity objectives, and forecasting future performance.
- Ensure the Service center exceeds Manufacturer Customer's expectations with maintaining department profitability
- Provide periodic service reports to Branch Manager & CSD

**Job Requirements**:

- Saudi National is preferred with a membership of SCE
- Minimum of 5 years in Service Operations
- High Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree related to the filed
- Extensive experience in handling customer concerns & resolution process
- Extensive experience & knowledge in planning, implementing, and managing marketing activities.
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar customer service leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using customer service management software and tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling customer issues and maintaining confidentiality.
