Secure Tech Company announces the availability of a vacancy for men under the title of

"Sales - Key Accounts Manager" to work in the city of Riyadh.

**Responsibilities**:

- Playing an integral role in current clients operation and hold responsibility for the customer inherit the company services.
- Responsible for the development of current key account operations and continues support to excel the client satisfaction.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Qualifications and Experience:

- Diploma or above
- He has at least two years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- He has the willingness and ability to do administrative tasks within and out the office.
- Very excellent knowledge of English and communication.
- Excellent skill in using Office software (Excel-Word).
- The ability to persuade and the ability to communicate.
- Transferable accommodation (if resident).
