As a Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure that we efficiently support the post-sales customer issue. You'll oversee the repairs is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries.
- Conducting mechanical inspections and using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.
- Aiding in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts.
- Being familiar client’s process for compliance/ escalation to ensure the proper process is followed.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have at least 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in well intervention
- Familiar with casing exits/whipstocks (Hydraulic & mechanical), and Big Hole Conventional Fishing
- Be a motivated self-starter with a results - oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Be confident, flexible and adaptable and perform under stress when required
