**Job Summary**:
As a People Experience and Culture Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team in creating a positive and inclusive work environment. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, with a focus on people experience and organizational culture. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and promoting a positive company culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employee Engagement**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance overall employee satisfaction.

**Culture Development**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that promote and reinforce the company's values and culture.
- Participate in creating and maintaining a positive workplace atmosphere through communication campaigns and internal branding efforts.

**Onboarding and Offboarding**:

- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Support offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Employee Communication**:

- Assist in crafting and disseminating internal communications related to HR policies, culture, and important updates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to maintain an open line of communication between employees and HR.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Compile and analyze HR-related data to generate reports and insights that inform decision-making processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduate (within the past year) with a strong academic record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for fostering positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
