Employee Experience Consultant

As a Senior Employee Experience Consultant, you will help power the ambition of our clients by advising them on their business and talent challenges. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of work as well as managing projects. You will support the development and execution of strategies and related deliverables that support large-scale organizational efforts influencing our client’s talent strategy, company culture, employee experience, organization transformation and/or digital enablement. You will contribute to providing strategic guidance to client organizations, leadership, management, employees and project delivery teams that help us retain existing business as well as identify and grow new business.
**Role Priorities**
To be effective in this role, you will need strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with key client contacts, manage teams and build a trusted advisor status. Comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking, communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation are also critical to success in this position.
You will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement solutions related to defining organizational values, identifying the people and HR strategy, culture transformation, creating employee value proposition and a seamless employee experience
- Provide practical insights into how best to plan and manage change effectively
- Manage projects and client expectations, and raise appropriate issues to Directors
- Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workstreams and client teams
- Partner with colleagues to review work, provide guidance and insights
- Contribute to the learning and development of team members through “on the job” learning, feedback and knowledge sharing
**Role Requirements**
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role managing large scale projects in a consulting environment
- Experience building and executing talent strategies, HR and culture transformation
- Ability to draw on a combination of advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients
- A professional presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written and oral communication skills in English, Arabic will be a plus
- Experience facilitating, coaching and mentoring teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for projects
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
- Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical and systematic manner
- Understanding of change management, agile principles and design thinking
- Availability to travel on a need basis mainly in the Gulf region
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferable) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course
