Genesys is inviting an astute Partner Account Manager to bolster our partner operations within the vibrant Saudi Arabia market. This role is ideal for a professional skilled in SaaS operational management, partner strategy, and collaborative growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with existing partners, focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth.
- Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale Genesys solutions and capabilities through our partner network.
- Provide operational support to partners, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to effectively market and sell Genesys solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline partner onboarding, training, and enablement, fostering a high-performance partner ecosystem.
- Monitor and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in partner sales and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the integration of partner feedback into product development and business processes, ensuring partner needs are met and value is delivered.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses that ensure smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
- Organize and lead regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven background in partner management, operations, or business development, particularly within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions sector.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence partners, and work collaboratively.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in partner operations or account management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to engage with partners and internal teams.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
