Take over a key role as **Partner Relations Manager - KSA** in the **Business Development **department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of **never-ending growth** and success.
**What we expect from you**:
- Manage the partners and stakeholders with agencies and ministries
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners
- Manage and coordinate supply onboarding with partners
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and clients
- Manage governmental licenses and regulation
**What we are looking for**:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a proven track record of inspiring and driving them towards achieving business goals
- Deep understanding of the Riyadh market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and local regulations
- Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing, especially in expanding or establishing a brand's presence in a new market or region
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans that have led to tangible growth and success
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
- Experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement is highly desirable
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, and the latest technology trends
