**A little of your day-to-day**:

- Coordinates employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
- Maintains and updates employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provides support in employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assists in the planning and execution of employee engagement and development programs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local labor laws and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

**What we need from you**
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
