We are seeking an experienced **Commercial Director** to oversee the commercial operations within the industrial construction, testing, and commissioning domain, for a well known Saudi company operating across 15 sectors, including construction, energy, chemicals, and mining.

The **Commercial Director** will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, enhancing profitability, and ensuring the commercial viability of projects from inception through to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the industrial construction market, contract negotiation, and risk management.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement a commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and market opportunities. Lead the commercial team to achieve business objectives and enhance market position.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and secure contracts that contribute to growth and profitability.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. Ensure that all projects are delivered within contractual agreements and to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Work closely with the finance department to forecast revenue, manage budgets, and ensure the financial success of projects. Monitor project margins and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate these. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of **10** years of experience in a senior commercial role within the industrial construction industry, including significant experience in **business development, field testing, and commissioning**.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract law, and commercial strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in financial forecasting, budgeting, and commercial risk management.
