Project Manager/account Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the point of contact for Middle East Key customers and distributors. Maintain existing partners and customers relationship.
- Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including bookings, enquiries, supply requests etc) to Key Account customers in addition to customized contracted services
- Prepare written correspondence to customers when required to furnish information requested by customers or in dealing with complaint resolution.
- Consolidate customers’ questions and engage internal stakeholders to solve the problems.
- Make visits to key account customers as and when necessary to solicit feedback to improve the service provided to the customers.
- and drive customer satisfaction by providing best in class standards with a view towards establishing and maintaining a competitive advantage.
- Ensure that all communications platforms are updated on a regular and consistent basis
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Department

**Job requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment in assigned tasks
- Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork
- Has good time management and flexibility
- Has 3+ years in a relevant Admin or Customer Experience position, it would be beneficial to come from an IT company
