Sales Account Executive

Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Account Executive for managing key client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Account Executive's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the SaaS product, its features, and updates.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
- Anticipate client challenges and provide proactive solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account planning.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Good experience with the government sector and familiarity with GOV procedures.
- Well experienced with the Etimad portal.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on subscription-based revenue models.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
