**Job Description**:
Saudi National Only

In lieu of that, we are growing our hotels & hospitality expertise across the MEA region and are continuing a buoyed investment approach to our talent pool across all service lines to assist the hospitality investment community.
The role will include execution of instructions for sourcing, executing and overseeing strategic advisory assignments on behalf of global and regional clients. Advisory assignments will include:
Market & Financial Feasibility Studies for single asset or large master plan developments across the MEA region
Highest and Best Use analysis for new projects and often conversion of existing developments
Hotel Asset Management services on behalf of owners
Hotel Operator Search and Selection, negotiating hotel agreements on behalf of owners
Ensure premium quality and service excellence is delivered to JLL’s clients (internal and external)

**General Competencies**:
Strong analytical background with attention to detail;
Strong organisation skills, problem-solving with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
Rigour and autonomy when working;
Ability to meet deadlines with demanding timeframes
Attend frequent face to face meetings with clients and speak comfortably on behalf of JLL and the HHG

**Professional Competencies**:
Academic and/or Operations exposure to the Hotel industry is required;
Academic and/or professional exposure to real-estate, corporate finance, private equity or management consulting is preferred.
Arabic and English speaker
Demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience in Saudi and/or Middle East market
Strong knowledge and understanding of the real estate, economics, corporate finance and hotel industry;
Good business report writing skills in MS Word and Powerpoint;
Ability to prepare succinct PowerPoint presentations;
Excellent understanding of MS Excel;
