**What You’ll Do***:

**Recruitment Process Management***:

- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for our expert sourcing team.

- Provide insightful reports and forecasts to inform decision-making.

**About You**

**Qualifications & Experience***:

- A university degree in any discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience in recruitment, technical services, or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in the energy sector (Oil & Gas preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and its unique dynamics.

**Skills & Traits***:

- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
