Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage Finance SMT calendars and schedules.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for Finance SMT.
- Support in organising company events and conferences initiated by Finance Department, such as offsite meetings and events.
- Order stationery for SMT Offices for smooth function and operations
- Process invoices for Finance SMT (travel & other expenses)
- Maintain procedures and office administrative systems
- Support Finance SMT with internal operations (vacation planning, follow up with approvals etc)
- Back up for PR’s submission and PO’s invoices in the system
