Sales Manager- Electrical Trading Division

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and market share objectives in the electrical products sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to grow the customer base.
- Set annual sales targets and monitor performance against objectives.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Provide regular training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- **Market Analysis & Business Development**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify new market segments and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date with the latest electrical products and solutions in the market.
- Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to provide customers with accurate product specifications and recommendations.
- Assist in managing the product portfolio, including introducing new products to the market.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor the market’s competitive landscape and adjust pricing and product offerings as necessary.
