Physical Security and Low Current Sales Engineer

We specialize in designing and implementing state-of-the-art security systems, access control systems, and surveillance solutions. As a Physical Security and Low Current Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our security products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their security needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the field of physical security and low current systems. Identify and target potential clients, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Consultative Approach: Engage with customers to understand their security challenges, conduct site assessments, and recommend suitable security solutions. Provide guidance and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our security systems. Customizethe demonstrations based on customer requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with internal technical teams to design comprehensive security systems that meet customer specifications and address their unique needs. Prepare detailed proposals, system designs, and project estimates.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their security objectives and providing ongoing support and guidance. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering post-sales support, technical assistance, and training to maximize customer satisfaction and drive customer retention.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitor analysis to provide valuable input for product development and improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to physical security and low current systems.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details. Prepare regular reports and forecasts to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the field of physical security, low current systems, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of security systems, access control systems, surveillance solutions, and low current systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Project management skills, with the ability to oversee the implementation of security projects.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to physical security and low current systems.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
