The Training Manager main task is to design, plan, direct, and coordinate the training and skill development activities of the organization. He is to provide expert advice, analysis, facilitation, research and special project management in all areas related to the training and development program.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE**
- The main objective of this job is to draw up a training and people development program for the Al-Rajhi Global Group in support of the Corporate Mission and Vision and the Business Plan and then see to it that the approved program is executed on time and on budget.
- Draft and execute a training and development program that result in multi skilled employees, increased competency and confidence, higher productivity, higher employee morale, lower operating cost, and wonderful customer satisfaction.
- Establish a corporate culture that values achievement, talent, skill, and knowledge; creativity; efficiency and productivity; professionalism with can-do attitude; focused on outstanding customer service; and deep commitment for quality.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION**
- Under guidance of top management, incumbent is to design and execute a comprehensive training and development program in support of the company’s Mission, Vision, and Annual Business Plan.
- Plan, organize and manage the day-to-day activities and needs of the Training Department.
- By doing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design and execute the company’s training program with the view of meeting the following objectives:

- Increase the overall competence and confidence of all Al-Rajhi Global employees.
- Improve company morale through morale boosting activities.
- Finish agreed training modules and programs on time and on budget.
- Promote career development by establishing career paths for each position and training the incumbent personnel in order to achieve the career path and professional growth within the company.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Educational Background and Work Experience**
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or an MBA degree.
- At least 5 years experience working with a coffee shop chain or blue chips companies.
- Familiar and conversant with key business metrics.
- Technical knowledge on the science and are of coffee making is an advantage.
- Communication skills in both English and Arabic will also be an advantage.
- Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of and skills in the following areas:

- Have knowledge and experience on how to do Learning and Training needs Analysis.
- Can design and execute formal training and development programs.
- Must have the ability to make use of a range of media to meet the various needs in the design and execution of the training programs, for example: coaching, face-to-face or one-on-one training, self-paced learning, in-store training, classroom lectures, on-the-job training, group dynamics, team building, self learning modules, etc.
- Must be able to manage multiple on-going projects and modules while at the same time while ensuring on schedule and on budget delivery - the ability to work to set objectives and agreed timescales.
- Can negotiate with and manage external training suppliers when needed.
- Can review and evaluate ready-made or existing training and development modules.
- Should have strong management, administrative and planning skills.
- Must possess strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office, that is, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Have a high level of people skills by demonstrating teamwork and leadership capabilities - good ability to work with people at all levels in the Al-Rajhi Global organization.
- Can organize, execute, and monitor a People Development Program based on different Training Levels.
- Has the ability to assess current skills and previous training experience of personnel.
