Our client is a leading provider of high-quality printing and packaging equipment and consumables. With a strong presence in the market, they are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to their customers. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead their sales division and drive the expansion of their business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As the Sales Director of the Printing & Packaging Equipment and Consumables division, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. You will oversee a team of sales professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the printing and packaging industry in Saudi Arabia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for the Printing & Packaging Equipment and Consumables division.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to optimize sales efforts and propose product improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technological advancements, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role within the printing and packaging industry.
- Strong network and knowledge of the printing and packaging market in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business expansion.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in Arabic and english.
