**Job Context**:The job entails managing sales activities related to projects, including coordinating with project teams, understanding client requirements, and promoting our range of sanitary and lighting products. The Projects Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the sanitary and lighting industry.
- Coordinate with project teams, architects, contractors, and developers to understand project requirements and specifications related to sanitary and lighting products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and designers, to understand their needs and promote products effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and products in the sanitary and lighting industry to provide expert advice to clients and effectively position products in the market.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of products for their projects.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet client expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the sanitary and lighting industry.
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets, track sales performance against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to sales activities, contracts, and documentation.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven 7-10 Years of experience in Project sales, preferably in the sanitary and lighting industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
