Business Development and Proposal Coordinator

Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and tenders, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with technical staff, project managers, and external consultants to gather necessary information and inputs.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all outgoing proposals to enhance the chances of winning bids.
- Develop and manage a repository of templates, past proposals, and relevant documentation to streamline the proposal process.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and potential clients in the events and exhibition sector.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality presentation materials and marketing documents.
- Maintain systematic documentation of all proposals, bids, and business development materials.
- Ensure all proposals meet internal standards and client requirements.
- Regularly update the company’s project and client databases to ensure accuracy and readiness of information.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in proposal writing and tender management, preferably in the construction or event management industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Bidding / Proposals: 1 year (preferred)
- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
