Key Account Manager

The primary responsibility will be to take lead role to develop, direct and manage all Isolation Valves business activities for kind of Business (KOB 2/3) in Saudi Arabia for the Mining & Chemical accounts. Main focus to drive KOB3 ISV solutions with end users, small EPCs based in KSA. Will need to work to ensure consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short & long terms sales plan.
**Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- To take responsibility to engage and develop strong relationship with Mining & Chemical clients and other key end user’s affiliates in KSA.
- To meet or exceed territory financial objectives (budget, President Order Support, etc) as required in support of the Isolation KSA business plan
- To develop and implement plans to drive and grow MOR & Spare parts business and maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base.
- To develop and implement sales and site plan strategies for key install base in Mining & Chemical in KSA.
- To drive solution selling with the help of ISV Business Development for MRO and maintenance, repair operations projects.
- To analyze and develop plans to drive competitive displacement.
- To prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and marketing plans
- To work with Local Business Partners and drive LBP support team to growth the ISV Business across Mining & Chemical accounts
- To work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Business Units and maximize pull-through content
- To take a pro-active role in working with the Global Project Pursuit Team and local sales team to identify, qualify and pursue projects to achieve order conversion and maximize the potential for Isolation Business Unit and all Emerson Automation Solutions products and services
- To own end users AVL and drive to fill any gap.
- To develop long-term relationships with key customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Valves BU
- To proactively engage with customers to specify Isolation business unit solutions and products in project FEED specifications
- To improve customer satisfaction by finding customer problem/pains and develop and implement the required solutions.
- To ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions.
- To ensure weekly reporting on major activities and order book to close
- To maintain and ensure accurate update for each opportunity on CRM and monthly forecast for POR and commitment.
- To maintain a project opportunity list in the associated tools like CRMoD, Booking data base.
**What do I need to be considered for this role?**
- Graduate Engineer in discipline like Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales within the Valves industry.
- Valve sales experience is desirable.
- Experience in Mining and Chemical is a plus.
- Relevant sales management/leadership experience.
