Collaborate with teams to plan and coordinate Agile development activities.
- Facilitate Agile planning sessions, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Release Planning.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the Product Backlog.
- Assist in breaking down features and user stories into actionable tasks for the team.
- Monitor and adjust Agile plans based on team capacity and project requirements.
- Analyze and forecast team velocity for accurate Sprint and release planning.
- Support teams in estimating and sizing work items for planning purposes.
- Ensure the clarity and understanding of Sprint's goals and objectives.
- Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. - Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Plan and coordinate Agile activities in alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with teams to create and manage Sprint and release plans.
- Assist in backlog grooming to refine and prioritize user stories and tasks.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans based on team velocity and changing requirements.
- Conduct regular planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Support teams in resolving planning-related issues and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Implement and maintain best practices for Agile planning methodologies.
- Foster an environment of adaptability and continuous improvement in planning processes.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to planning and execution.
- Ensure that the team's planning activities align with Agile principles and standards.
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Planner, Scrum Master, or in a similar role
- . Demonstrated experience in facilitating Agile planning sessions and backlog management.
- Proficiency in using Agile planning tools and software for effective coordination.
