**What you will do**

As a B2B Project Director will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects within our NGO. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills

**_ Responsibilities_**
- Lead the project planning process, including setting goals, defining tasks, and creating timelines.
- Manage project staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Build strong relations with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members, to foster strong working relationships.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent issues from arising.
- Secure funding from charities and other funding sources to support project initiatives.

**About you**
- 5 years of experience in project management within the NGO sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship within NGO sector
