My client is Reverse Logistic Solution provider who has developed the first App in the region to provide Pre-owned, Open-box, Refurbished and Clearance stock products while providing warranty, easy returns and the best value.

As a **Marketplace Manager,** you are requested to lead research and analysis initiatives to find new market opportunities. You’re also responsible for carrying those initiatives to the finish line. You’ll need to collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure that all members and teams are in sync.

A detail-oriented, results-focused, outcome-driven, and problem-solver who takes full ownership of their work
- Marketplace, strategy, management, forecasts, and results. These include short and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance. Develop reports and reporting formats.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.
- Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out-of-stock item removal, and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations.
- Reconciliation of Marketplace listings
- Develop time and action calendars with processes and procedures to ensure actions are completed.
- Develop cost center budgets for all phrases of marketplace E-commerce
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world
- Work at both the strategic and tactical levels

**Job Requirements**
- Native Arabic speaker, excellent **command** and **fluency** in English is a must
- Experience in e-commerce (Other marketplaces are a Plus)
- Experience with e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel advisers
- Strong project management skills
- Strong data-skills ( extracting data, cleaning and mining).
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent team management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Problem solving skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dealing with Sellers: 5 years (preferred)
- Dealing with Vendors: 5 years (preferred)
