**Role Summary**:
To remain competitive and drive superior business outcome and building a strong presence in the **Private Sector **. Maximizing Janssen shares in TOP accounts and catching all opportunities. Expanding access coverage by including new sector. And adapting with the country direction to implement the privatization plan.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop business strategies and implement related activities like customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives
- Private market analysis to identify GAPs and opportunities to maximize Janssen business.
- Ensure Company portfolio availability and penetration for TOP potential accounts to expand and develop a strong presence in Private sector & Retail.
- Set TOP accounts deals and agreements to catch all growth opportunities.
- Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
- Provide Key account/hospital network support, market access support, including referral networks
- Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products.
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports.
- Handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.
- Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Provide input into effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.

- Life Sciences or Business-related bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 5-8+ years industry/ business experience, including 3-5+ years of proven experience working with Private and Retail accounts.
- Due to the nature of the role, an Experience in Immunology /OH/ CNS will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of country-based healthcare system and policies.
- Network among Private sector, policy makers and payers.
- Strong in building bridges and alliances across functional and regional boundaries to deliver value.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
