**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and engage with potential clients through a variety of channels (direct visits, networking, cold calls, social media, events, etc.).

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at target companies to drive long-term business partnerships.

**Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets, aligned with company goals.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

**Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless process from prospecting to onboarding clients.

**Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and closing of new business deals, ensuring alignment with pricing and service models.

**Reporting & Metrics**: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and progress toward sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Sustainability or Building Envelope Commissioning industry.
- Strong knowledge of Building envelope testing services and Equipment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Outstanding Social and Sales skills.
- Ability to present Self and the Company professionally.
- Seek and Forge strategic collaborations.

**Preferred additional qualifications**:

- Speaking Arabic, Hindi or similar major language.
- Good sense of humour
- Proactive and takes the initiative.
- 3 years’ experience.
