**Role Overview**:

- Responsible for a sales target for his MU across designated accounts and a marketing target to bring in leads for all LoBs across assigned accounts as per the sales/ marketing strategy
- Key KPIs include:

- Order Book and Revenue
- Margins
- Customer satisfaction
- Opp hit ratex
- Strength of relationship
- Strategic information management

**Strategy Management**
- Identifies leads or opportunities for all LoBs across their key accounts in the assigned section to achieve their sales target and engages in an assessment of the opportunity with input from the LoB Managers concerned.
- Prepares and maintain a complete information to be ready for reporting all the time, with the status of each opportunity / lead details
- Reports opportunity assessments for common projects to the Country Manager, to share with the Chief Strategy Officer in the steering committee as input into the decision to bid.
- Builds new client relations and brings in new client accounts, in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Handles all communications and problems that arise in the relevant section.
- Handles and responds to all client inquiries and correspondence.

**Operations Management**
- Brings in sales opportunities for the country across the assigned section, as per their sales target.
- Participates in bidding decisions for country opportunities together with the Sales Manager, country manager or the COO based on the DOA.
- Follows-up with the Project Managers to monitor the progress of country projects or other Giza projects within designated key account.
- Follows-up on and monitors the profit/loss status of country projects with the Project Managers and liaises with the LoBs for the profit/ loss status for common projects.
- Follows-up on client proposals and monitors the order processing and cash flow status of the project.
- Undertakes price negotiations with suppliers, when needed.
- Prepares and submits monthly progress reports on the assigned key account to the Sector Manager.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Ensures appropriate marketing & pricing strategies are developed for their assigned section.
- Ensures the ongoing maintenance & development of Industry knowledge by supporting & contributing to virtual industry Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

**People Management**
- Coaches, develops, motivates, monitors, and follows up on team members’ performance, quality, and adherence for improving productivity and skills to ensure people development and high performance.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the sales team.
- Lead, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures.
- Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance.

**Technical Skills**:

- Bachelor of Electrical in Engineering with a specialization in Communication, Computer Science, or Power Engineering
- Preferable experience in water solution
- Preferable experience in the solution sales & integration value propositions
- Desirable expertise in solution-oriented sales and integration value propositions.
- Preferred experience within the Saudi market

**Education**:
BSC of Engineering with a Specialization in Electronics, Communication or Electrical Engineering
