بصفتك مدير مبيعات لأسواق الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، ستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تعزيز وبيع مفاهيم البناء المعدني المبتكرة ومعدات العمليات والخدمات الهندسية. ستقوم بالتقارير إلى المدير العام ونائب الرئيس، وستكون مسؤولًا عن تحديد ومتابعة فرص البيع ووضع الخطط الاستراتيجية والتعامل مع صانعي القرار الرئيسيين في الصناعة. من خلال الاستفادة من سجلنا الناجح لعميلنا على المستوى العالمي وفي منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، ستعمل مع الحسابات الرئيسية الحالية بالإضافة إلى استدامة التعاون مع شركات تجارية جديدة في الصناعات ذات الصلة.
ثلاثة خطوط رئيسية لعميلنا تشمل تصميم وبناء المباني المعدنية لمنشآت تصنيع الأدوية ومستحضرات التجميل والسلع الاستهلاكية (وغيرها) / معدات العمليات والوحدات والوحدات العملية / الخدمات الهندسية (للبناء المعدني / معدات العمليات) بما في ذلك دراسات الجدوى والتصميم المفهومي والأساسي.
واجبات ومسؤوليات:
- تقود الأنشطة المبيعية لحلول البناء المعدني ومنتجات وخدمات معدات العمليات المرتبطة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا.
- تحديد وتأكيد ومتابعة فرص البيع والمشاريع داخل الإقليم.
- وضع وتنفيذ خطة نشاط استراتيجية لمبادرات المبيعات.
- إجراء عروض مبيعات مقنعة للعملاء، مع التركيز على البناء المعدني / حلول الهندسة.
- توجيه عملية البيع من أول اتصال حتى التفاوض على العقد والانتهاء.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية لوضع دراسات الجدوى والتصميمات المفهومية وعروض المشاريع.
- تكون القوة الدافعة لعملية البيع بأكملها، من أول اتصال إلى التعاقد للتصميم المفصل والتصنيع.
- بالاشتراك مع مجموعة "الهندسة والتصميم المبكر"، تطوير دراسات الجدوى والتصميمات المفهومية والأساسية / عروض المشاريع.
- قيادة الأعمال الداخلية والخارجية، من منظور تجاري، فيما يتعلق بتطوير عروض الجدوى والتصميم المفهومي والأساسي.
- تطوير العروض التقديمية الداخلية لمراجعات المشاريع التجارية.
- قيادة الجوانب التجارية لتطوير العروض.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التسويق والمشاركة الفاعلة في الأحداث الصناعية.
- ملأ وتحديث المعلومات العميل والمشروع ذات الصلة في نظام المعلومات الخاص بالشركة.
- شركة مشغولة في أنشطة متعددة ذات الصلة بالمبيعات لتحفيز نمو الأعمال.
- الحفاظ على اتصال مستمر مع العملاء بعد توقيع عقد التنفيذ.
