**Position: Sales Manager (SM)**
**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Sales Manager (SM) is responsible to achieve the company sales, profit and collection target from the ideal strategic customers in the region and generate quality business opportunities aligned with company business objective. Leading a highly productive professional sales team to deliver the best customer experience while maintaining the quality relationship with vendors and strategic customers.
**Main Responsibilities**
1. Develop sales strategies, tactics, plans to achieve the company sales and profit target
2. Recruit, Build and manage professional sales team
3. Train the sales team on the sales skills, sales process, products and services
4. Hold weekly meeting with sales team.
5. Build and manage potential sales funnel
6. Identify and onboard ideal strategic customer for the company
7. Customer qualification based on the company priorities
8. Build and maintain high quality relation with all strategic customers
9. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and achieve the same.
10. Build and maintain high quality relationship with company strategic vendors
11. Negotiation with vendor on opportunities and pricing
12. Focus on the sales activities based on the company capabilities and interests
13. Responsible to improve the profit margin
14. Ensuring proper invoicing and on-time collection.
15. Provides monthly, quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
16. Monthly and quarterly sales and performance report to the management.
**REPORTING**:
- Reports directly to CEO
**Salary**: ﷼4,693.13 - ﷼20,408.20 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
