**Your responsibilities**:
- Arrangements of all the internal (meeting, events and/or training) related to customer “but not under the scope of communications / marketing events” that is lead/sponsored by PMDs and/or Channel Managers which will include (but not limited to); ABB Office’ meeting room or hotel meeting room’ reservation, agenda, invitation/s and the related arrangements such as catering and “sometime” transportations).
- Arrangements that is required for Customer Factory Visits for Sales Team under the sponsor of Channel Manager/s (in coordination with PMDs) that include (but not limited to); visa process and all hotel/travel arrangements for customers (not employees), agenda, GDLI 45 approvals etc.
- Customer mailers, courier or postal coming from PMD and/or Sales Team.
- Support the PMDs or Channel Managers in Commercial Letters to Customers.
- PO/PR coming from PMD Team or/and Sales Team that is related to none-technical activities.
- Business Card requests for all PMD/Sales Team.
- Supporting EL Legal for Channel Partners’ contract/agreements.
- Stationary items (in coordination with facility/admin team) for all ELGM Team (managers and employees).
- Additionally is to support (only support) the Communication/Marketing Team for Big event when will be requested directly from LBM but the whole Event’ arrangements shall be taken care by Communication Team.
- Finally, no personal support to any of the Sales/Channel & PMD team in regard to business travel’ arrangement (visa, tickets, hotel booking) and ERs except to LBM as this is still part of this role to manage all the business personal assistant to LBM.
**Your background**:
- Ideally, you'll hold a University / College Degree in Commerce/Business Administration or related course
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages is required.
