**Job Description Summary**: The Admin & Operations support will be considered as backbone of MDS team, in managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, arranging meetings, unit calendar control, critical follow up, team flights, administrative tasks, helping in events, filing, marketing materials, documentation, and keeping records, recruitment schedules and onboarding processes.

**About the role**

Will be considered as backbone of MDS team, in managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations, arranging meetings, unit calendar control, critical follow up, team flights, administrative tasks, helping in events, filing, marketing materials, documentation, and keeping records, recruitment schedules and onboarding processes.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Organize and schedule internal and external appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Produce and distribute correspondence, including memos, letters, and onboarding forms.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining a filing system (both computer and manual).
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and double-check invoices.
- Provide general support to visitors and answer questions/requests.
- Research, create presentations, and generate reports.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
- Manage office procedures, including handling sensitive information confidentially and coordinating staff appointments and holiday records.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Fluent Arabic & English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling and expense management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and provide professional support to team members and visitors.
