Plans, organizes and directs the activities of the various sections of the Office Services Department.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1.Directs, plans, and organizes departmental operations and activities.

2.Assigns and schedules personnel to assure optimum staff and other resources utilization.

3.Develops and revises Department Policies and Procedures and ensures their implementation.

4.Prepares and maintains annual department budget, implements appropriate cost containment ideas.

5.Evaluates performance for subordinates. Takes appropriate action to improve performance.

7.Liaises with other departments to assure coordination of interdepartmental activities.

8.Tests and evaluates new methods and equipment. Makes recommendations regarding purchase of new equipment.

9.Ensures that the implementation of Documents Management System operation in the Documents Centre Section is according to the Hospital plan and within the National Centre for Documents and Archives (NCDA) Saudi guidelines.

10.Improves and supports the e-government project range from “the use of information technology to free movement of information to overcome the physical bounds of traditional paper and physical based systems” this applies to Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence Area. “Paperless approach” and archiving system to be integrated with Documents Imaging.

11.Follows all KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) related policies and procedures.

12.Participates in self and other educational training and development as applicable.

13.Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Six (6) years of related experience with PhD, nine (9) years with Master’s or eleven (11) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including four (4) years in a managerial position required

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi National Only.
